Philosophy
ARN is about doing business with people you know.
So, what does this mean in practice? It means believing your business will be more successful by being part of a like-minded group of people actively working to get business for each other. Effectively, each person in the group becomes a member of your sales force and you become part of everyone else’s.
The network philosophy works by “putting in” rather than “taking out”. The better you know everyone in the group, and the more time you take to understand their businesses, the more opportunities you will find to connect them with new business. If you are actively doing this for twenty other people, twenty other people are actively doing it for you!
We all know that nearly all of our business leads come from referrals and testimonials; at ARN we have a great record of members delivering a high quality product so we get high quality testimonials from within the group. This leads to more new referrals, and so on. Through networking, your contact list grows, and your business becomes more sustainable.
As well as being deadly serious about getting new business, we also ensure that our meetings are enjoyable and encourage friendly support between members. Other network groups insist on weekly referrals from everyone, we don’t; however we do expect 100% commitment to the group,
but we are only looking for high quality leads that result in real business. We understand it takes time to build up a sense of confidence and loyalty and to forge new friendships.
