Strategic, Marketing and Financial Evaluations

Our main focus is to provide our clients with valuable insights into aspects of the external environment affecting their business and how this interacts with their own position, in particular:

• market structure and channels
• factors driving change, levers of profitability and scope for repositioning
• market potential and new market entry, customer requirements and the competitive environment

Project Management

In this role, we normally link into the client’s internal project team and provide our expertise supporting management with robust advice and support in execution. Our core expertise is in the following types of project:

• corporate acquisition/disposal
• business planning and strategic reviews
• refinancing.

Many of our assignments are international.
In order to generate appropriate local insights and overall breadth of knowledge, we have established links with network partners, who are mainly small, specialist consultancies, in a number of key European markets
We integrate them into the case team depending on the type and scope of assignment.
